Humphris of Oxford Newsletter.

Firstly we would like to extend a huge welcome to Steve Goddard our new Bodyshop Manager. We are all very excited about his ideas for the future and carrying the excellent reputation of our bodyshop lads. Below is Matthew Humphris` new rallycar which both our workshop and bodyshop have been involved in building and preparping. This fantastic Micra shows the capablilities of both departments and congratualtions should be extended to everyone involved.

Another recent addition to the team, Ian Cook, has proved himself invaluable on the service desk. His excellent manner and professionalism have led our Customer Service Index (CSI) scores to go through the roof and is regularly achieving a score of 100%, this is partially due to your support, so from Ian and ourselves thank you for your loyalty to Humphris.

As you may have seen as well as promoting our fantastic discounts and offers we are rallying everyone to get behind Jason Plato and Darren Turner in the new season of the BTCC which starts soon. This year sees the introduction of the TDi`s into the mix, something that we are very excited about. The diesel engines are strong, powerful and sturdy, here at Humphris we supply and specialise in the Leon FR, available in a 170PS diesel engine, and currently have a Leon FR 550 Limited Edition, so come and see it for yourself and put yourself in Jason`s position.

2008 promises to be a very productive year where our franchises are concerned. Those of you who came and saw us for the Hyundai i10 launch will be aware of the many new vehicles to be released this year. We are looking forward to total facelifts of almost the enitre Hyundai range, promising an increase in quailty and value for money. Some brand new concepts will be introduced also, such as the i30 Estate, which will be coming to us very very soon, and will provide a much needed bridge between the hatchbacks and the 4x4s.

The summer is rapidly approaching and we shall be spreading the Humphris buzz around Oxfordshire appearing at many motor shows in the area, Oxford Mail Motor Show 29/06/08, Witney Motor Show, Thame Show 18/09/08, and don`t forget to come and see us at Templars Square 21/04/08. As always at these events we shall be showing off many fantastic vehicles and giving you a chance to meet our knowledgable and ever friendly Sales Team.
